Efling's Board of Trustees

Efling's Board of Trustees has the highest authority in the company's affairs between company meetings, unless otherwise stated in its statutes. The Board of Trustees consists of the company's board of directors and 115 member representatives. The full Board of Trustees consists of 130 members. The term of office of the Board of Trustees is two years and begins on January 1 after the elections.

Board of Trustees meetings are held once a month during the winter.
